Kyle Attisha is an Associate Attorney at Nofar Law, where he focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), and estate planning. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and holds a degree in Accounting from Wayne State University. This combination of legal and financial expertise allows Kyle to provide clients with a unique and comprehensive approach to navigating complex corporate transactions and strategic planning.

Kyle’s practice is rooted in a deep understanding of both the legal and financial aspects of business. He has experience advising companies on structuring deals, negotiating M&A transactions, and helping individuals and families plan for the future through thoughtful estate planning. His goal is to provide practical, results-driven solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Outside of his legal practice, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, and staying active in the music world as a DJ.
